Orders are confirmed when payment method is validated and stock is available. We may decline or cancel to prevent fraud or due to lack of stock.
Product photos and descriptions are provided for guidance; colour or texture may differ slightly from the final product.
Cash on delivery is the default payment method. You agree to pay the total amount, including delivery fees, when the parcel is received.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure are outside of our control.
If an item is defective or not as described, contact us within 48 hours. Items must be unworn with tags for eligibility.
Víspera is not responsible for loss of profit, consequential damages, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order concerned.
